Oleg Krivonosovs wins in Gothenburg

Baltijos Lyga player Oleg Krivonosovs has won the first place in the international tournament in Gothenburg /Sweden/. In this event /" Spiltan & Pelaro IM-Swiss"/ he had left behind such many titled and strong players as GM Juan Bellon/Spain/, IM Dragos Dumitrache/Romania/, IM Andrei Cioara/Romania/, IM Vasilyj Gagarin/Russia/, IM Vladimir Polei/Belarussia/ .

To our readers we are providing full tournament table , a link to all the games in PGN format. Also specially commented game vs young Sweden fighter Joel Akesson, who was looking for his 3d IM norm in that event. So Oleg was paying great attention to this duel, which principally has decided the tournament winner in totall.

To our club it was nice to see the nowadays life of Sweden chessworld. Ignoring the financial difficulties the clubs show good example of how to attract many active members. Many players participate in club`s competitions. Young players were fighting bravely against any title in Gothenburg tournament: Joel Akesson, Victor Nithander. The nonprofessional player from local MANHEM club Magnus Carlhammar has shared the second place with titled players and in our opinion has deserved master norm .
